TrainLifeFit is an innovative strength and conditioning studio.  Our professional trainers focus on encouraging and challenging your goals: enhancing strength, building muscle, trimming fat, improving mobility and enhancing your mind-body connection through professionally designed, engaging, movement programs. 

We offer group fitness classes, personal training, and online training to guide our clients towards achieving their health, aesthetic and performance goals. At TrainLifeFit, we take a whole-listic, intelligent approach to training. Our workouts are designed to support and challenge the individual, whether in a group or private setting. In addition to its fitness programs TrainLifeFit offers nutrition coaching and mobility maintenance to help clients realize their maximum potential. 

TrainLifeFit is more than a gym. Ours is a diverse and tight knit community whose members encourage and inspire eachother. Hello world! Sumair here. Through all the experimentation, study, and application of fitness and health concepts in my career, I realize that I am passionate about one recurring theme: Helping people take their perceived limitations, and turn them into stepping stones.



Nicolas Hall is an ACSM certified personal trainer who has 15 years of experience as a Track and Field athlete. He acquired a substantial amount of kinaesthetic awareness and mind/body connection as he competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m , and Long/High Jump events. Nicolas was presented the opportunity to qualify for the Jr. Olympic USA track team just after high school, but sustained some injuries that made him re-evaluate the direction he needed to take. Instead of pushing through it, he decided to look deeper, and decided to re-wire his movement, nutrition, mobility, and structural integrity.



Tess comes to TrainLifeFit all the way from New England. She’s an ACE certified personal trainer, 200hr registered yoga instructor, group fitness instructor and certified nutritionist. Tess spends most of her time either in the gym or in front of a computer as a freelance graphic designer and art director. Her fitness career began in New York City and brought her to Austin where she now teaches group classes, personal training sessions and is also competes in powerlifting.  She believes fitness should be fun and be a constant learning experience, always walk into the gym with a humble attitude and a will to work.

The first step to molding a healthier life is to assess where you currently are. At TrainLifeFit that means you'll receive a complimentary movement assessment. In your movement assessment you'll work one on one with a trainer to discover your strengths, weaknesses, range of motion, posture, and overall mobility. With this information, we can then create a plan and decide which TrainLifeFit program will be the best pathway to your health and fitness goals.
