Hello world! Sumair here. Through all the experimentation, study, and application of fitness and health concepts in my career, I realize that I am passionate about one recurring theme: Helping people take their perceived limitations, and turn them into stepping stones.

Whenever you walk into a session with me, you can expect an ALL IN holistic approach to actualizing your goals. This means that I am fully vested in every aspect of you moving, looking, feeling, and performing your best. All I ask in return is a continual pursuit of the process of attaining your goals. Your dream goals are extremely important to me, but what’s more important is that we execute on short-term goals like lifting more than we did last week, dialing in our food portions, optimizing our sleep, or focusing on our mobility throughout the day.

Our most successful clients are the ones that understand this, and dedicate themselves to doubling down on these above concepts. Alas, I am here to guide you through this mental shift as well! However, I invite you to meet me halfway by building habits that are sustainable and last the rest of your life. And as you see your mind and body change before your very eyes, we can begin to conquer goals you may never have thought possible. Nothing will ever be perfect, but my job is to simply re-empower you to make decisions that serve the healthiest and strongest version of YOU.

Nicolas Hall is an ACSM certified personal trainer who has 15 years of experience as a Track and Field athlete. He acquired a substantial amount of kinaesthetic awareness and mind/body connection as he competed in the 100m, 200m, 400m , and Long/High Jump events. Nicolas was presented the opportunity to qualify for the Jr. Olympic USA track team just after high school, but sustained some injuries that made him re-evaluate the direction he needed to take. Instead of pushing through it, he decided to look deeper, and decided to re-wire his movement, nutrition, mobility, and structural integrity.

With the commitment and involvement with TrainLifeFit, he found creative ways to move past injuries, become healthy, and get stronger/mobile in as many movements as possible. To add to this, he found the best ways to nourish himself to support his journey in looking, moving, and feeling his best! He has attended and completed TrainLifeFit Academy, which is a 3 month seminar set to hone his skills in helping clients move, look, and feel like the healthiest versions of themselves. Nicolas’ is a compassionate coach equipped with the experience and knowledge to intelligently accomplish your goals one step at a time.

Tess comes to TrainLifeFit all the way from New England. She’s an ACE certified personal trainer, 200hr registered yoga instructor, group fitness instructor and certified nutritionist. Tess spends most of her time either in the gym or in front of a computer as a freelance graphic designer and art director. Her fitness career began in New York City and brought her to Austin where she now teaches group classes, personal training sessions and is also competes in powerlifting.  She believes fitness should be fun and be a constant learning experience, always walk into the gym with a humble attitude and a will to work.
